About the Sale

Alexis' Angel Sale is held every year the Saturday after Easter to benefit the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency (LOPA) in memory of Alexis Porta. Anyone in the community can stop by to shop for arts and crafts, plants and good old stuff. Visitors can purchase a jambalaya plate or donate blood in the blood mobile. The sale is held at 14340 Villar Rd., Gonzales, LA 70737.

Our previous sales were a success! Visitors enjoyed jambalaya and brought home many plants and crafts. United Blood Services received several units of blood from our generous donors. View Past Galleries.

Alexis' Angel Sale was started by Rhonda Porta and her family to remember her daughter in a special way while benefiting LOPA. Each year the family gets together to brainstorm and create crafts to sell at the sale. Stop by to bring some of their creativity into your home!
